ATEX / DSEAR - Introduction to Potentailly Explosive Atmospheres (2 day)

ATEX / DSEAR is a two day course suitable for Health and Safety Managers and Practitioners, Team Leaders, Operators, Project Managers and Governance / Contract Managers.

The course provides detailed knowledge of the subject matter without practical application.

· Theory of explosions

· The ATEX Directive

· Requirements of DSEAR

· Basic Overview of Risk Assessment and Area Classification

· Source of Ignition Assessment

· Detailed review of Protection Concepts

· Installations in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres

· Inspection and Maintenance Requirements

A Certificate of Achievement will be issued upon successful completion of the course and Post Course Assessment.

Run at our Baseefa premises at pre-scheduled dates throughout the year, this course can also be run at customer's premises on request or at any suitable venue of convenience to you.
