Employment Opportunities with Baseefa

Baseefa is a world-renowned certification body, principally concerned with safety in potentially explosive atmospheres. Our activities range from product certification, to on-site inspections, to risk assessment, to training.

We are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), are a Notified Body for the European ATEX Directive, have global acceptance within the IECEx Scheme, and are an IET endorsed training provider.

We are keen to hear from individuals who believe that they may have something to offer and are interested in joining our Buxton based team whose ethos is truly based on "helping to make the world safer".

Although qualifications are relevant (and an ideal candidate would have attained, or be aspiring to attain, Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer status) we are also interested to hear from people with relevant experience. We are looking for people who can quickly gain competence in one or more of our areas of work, or who are already competent, and can readily adapt to our working practices, including positively interfacing with our customers in all ways and at all levels. Most of our engineers travel to customer's sites within the UK, and often overseas, and must have the knowledge and confidence to be self-reliant when away from Buxton.

We rarely advertise specific vacancies, but prefer to see where individuals might fit best within the organisation in a way that benefits Baseefa and that individual alike.
